Here's what I know thus far: 1) Jumpstart doesn't help. 2) 12.55V at the battery and at the large lug on solenoid. 3) The small wire to the solenoid that actuates it has 0V with the key turned to Start position so it appears the solenoid is not getting the signal to start. 4) Fuses are all OK per VOM continuity check.
